All bookings are subject to a 10% booking fee. If you would like to book by phone, please call the Box Office on 01283 841 601. Phone bookings are subject to an additional £2.50 fee/ticket.
PRE-BOOKED ENTRY TICKETS
- General admission: £57.50
- Children (aged 5-12): £30
- Under 5s go free*
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, with a ratio of at least 1 adult to 3 under 18s.
*You will need to book a free ticket at checkout.
Tickets will be available to purchase online until 2pm on the day of the event. After this, will be available to purchase on the gate. This does not apply to sold-out concerts.
PAYMENT PLANS
- You have the option to spread the cost of your booking over 2 or 3 months - simply select 'payment plan' at checkout.
- On booking, you will pay your deposit instalment of either half or a third, depending on which plan you select, plus the 10% booking fee. Your second payment will be taken on the same date the following month and if you have selected the ‘3 Instalments’ plan, your third payment will be taken on the same date on the third consecutive month.
- Tickets will not be sent until payment has been received in full.
- Failure to keep up with payments will result in the cancellation of your booking, with no refund.
CARER TICKETS / PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS
We offer a half price carer ticket for those who would otherwise be unable to attend Classic Ibiza without the aid of a carer. The carer should be able to undertake all of the disabled guest’s needs and assist them in the event of an evacuation.
To purchase a carer ticket at half price you will need to add a discount code at checkout. To obtain the carer ticket discount code, please complete THIS FORM to provide your supporting documentation. Accepted forms of supporting documentation are listed on the form.
Terms and Conditions:
- The guest with a disability requires a full price adult/child ticket
- The carer must attend with the guest they are caring for
- Carer tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis and cannot be allocated if a concert sells out
- The discount code is to be used for your carer ticket purchase only and not to be shared. We check all carer ticket purchases against the application forms and may cancel any tickets that do not match
- When sharing your supporting documentation, you are welcome to redact any information that relates to reference numbers, benefits received, health conditions etc.
- Your information will be kept secure and treated confidentially. It will only be used for the purposes of processing your ticket application and will be deleted following the event.
