By purchasing a ticket or attending our events you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website.
1. PERFORMANCE & VENUE
- Revival Productions Ltd reserves the right to modify the programme, schedule or line up of any event without notice.
- All events are photographed and filmed, and the photographs and footage may be used in publicity materials and on social media. If you do not wish for your image to be used in future publicity materials, please make Event Control aware of this when at the concert.
- Security measures, including, but not limited to, search dogs and bag checks, will be in operation at the ticket checkpoints of all events.
- Revival Productions Ltd operate a zero tolerance drugs policy and reserve the right to turn anyone away from their event should they be found to be carrying any drugs.
- The onsite Box Office closes at 8.30pm (8pm for Hatfield House).
- Last entry into the concert ground is strictly 8.30pm (8pm for Hatfield House).
- The concert will contain lasers and strobe lighting.
- This is an open-air concert, so please come prepared for the weather that is forecast for the evening.
- You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, liability, actions, demands or proceedings, including personal injury arising in relation to or in connection with your own person, behaviour or personal property.
- Seating is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own tables, chairs and picnic rugs. Revival Productions Ltd is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to or by any equipment or personal property that you bring on site.
- Food and drink may be brought into the concert, Revival Productions Ltd is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by any food or drink that you bring on site.
- You can bring glassware on site, but glass will not be allowed in the 'Dance Zone'.
- You will be allowed to bring your own alcohol in accordance with the limits detailed on our website. All bags will be searched, and excess quantities of alcohol will be confiscated.
- Smoking is allowed onsite, Revival Productions Ltd reserves the right to implement restrictions for example due to weather conditions.
- You can bring a low-level shelter or parasol/umbrella up to a maximum height of 1.2m, but should you do, we ask that you take up a space at the side or back of the arena so as not to impede anyone’s view.
- The following items are not permitted onsite and will be stopped on entry;
- Neat spirits – guests are allowed to bring one of the following per adult: 75cl bottle of wine or 4 cans/bottles of beer or cider or 4 cans of sealed pre-mixed spirits or Wine boxes are allowed if allocated across a party of guests to the limits above.
- Sharp or serrated knives over 5 inches - only domestic and picnic set style knives will be
- Pets - with the exception of assistance dogs
- Drones or professional camera equipment
- Naked flames or private barbecues
- Fireworks, sparklers or Chinese lanterns
- Recreational drugs
- Gazebos – only child pop-ups (up to 1.2m high) or umbrellas (excluding oversized or fishing umbrellas) are allowed but must not impede anyone’s view behind them
- Parking will be available onsite free of charge and coaches can park up and wait for the concert to finish.
- By purchasing a ticket, or attending one of our events, you and your party members agree to adhere to any public health safety measures in place at the event. Anybody not adhering to the safety measures will be asked to leave the concert site.
2. BOOKING & TICKETS
- Tyg Tickets are the appointed ticket sale website and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check and read the terms and conditions before purchase.
- If you no longer need your Classic Ibiza ticket, please use our official ticket reselling partner please use our official ticket reselling partner Twickets. If events are sold out, re-sale tickets may also be found here.
- We are unable to verify any tickets sold privately through social media or other means, and we reserve the right to delete posts and/or ban users attempting to buy or sell tickets on our social media pages.
- Only tickets purchased through the Box Office or approved websites are valid for entry.
- Tickets sold via unauthorised sites will not be valid for entry.
- Entrance will only be permitted when a valid ticket is shown. Under 5s will enter for free and do require a ticket, which can be obtained on our website.
- Children aged between 5 and 12 will need to purchase a child ticket, teenagers aged between 13 and 17 will need to purchase a teen ticket and 18 years+ will need to purchase an adult ticket.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder, to the ratio of 1 adult to 3 teenagers/children.
- Over the phone bookings via the Box Office line will incur a £2.50 administration fee per ticket plus a 10% booking fee per ticket.
- All online bookings will incur a 10% booking fee per ticket.
- Tickets will be received via email upon completion of purchase (or upon via completion of payments if you have selected the payment plan option) and will come from classicibiza@revival-productions.co.uk. Purchased tickets will show on a credit card statement as ‘Tyg Limited’.
- Tickets can be purchased online up until 2pm on the day of each concert. This will not apply to sold out concerts, please check the website and social media channels for updates.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their tickets and booking confirmation and inform Revival Productions of any errors that need to be amended.
- If you selected a payment plan option, your purchase is also subject to the payment plan terms and conditions, which you agreed to during the purchasing process.
3. REFUND POLICY
- Revival Productions Ltd operates a no refund policy on all purchased tickets to the Classic Ibiza concerts.
- Misplaced or lost tickets can be re-sent to the original purchaser, please contact the Box Office via email info@revival-productions.co.uk, who can assist in finding the tickets.
4. CANCELLATION
- Revival Productions Ltd reserve the right to cancel any of their events. A notice of cancellation will be posted on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers.
- In the unlikely event of the concerts being cancelled, refunds may be offered for tickets purchased. In these circumstances, ticket holders will need to apply for a refund within the specified time frame, set out in the cancellation notice. An administration fee will apply. Revival Productions Ltd has no liability if it is prevented from, or delayed in, providing the event by a Force Majeure Event that is outside the reasonable control of Revival Productions Ltd and includes any event due to natural causes including strikes, lock-out or other industrial disputes, act of God, pandemic, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or regulation, fire, flood or storm.
- Revival Productions Ltd has no liability where it is frustrated in its ability to run the events, due to unviability, impossible method of performance, failure of source or supply for example due a travel ban, or illegality such as in the circumstances of an outlaw or ban on events or associated activities.
- In the circumstances that an event has to be cancelled, Revival Productions Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the event to an alternative date and/or location. A notice of postponement will be posted on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers. Ticket purchasers will have their tickets transferred to the new date/location. If they do not wish to attend the event on the new date, they may apply for a refund within the specified timeframe in the postponement notice. An administration fee will apply for refund application.
5. LIABILITY
- You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, liability, actions, demands or proceedings, including personal injury arising in relation to or in connection with your own person, behaviour or personal property.
- Revival Productions Ltd carries the necessary insurances against any liability for any damage or loss incurred as a direct result of a fault with their facilities, equipment or personnel that was reasonably within their control.
- These terms are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
