What do I do if my tickets haven’t arrived?

Tickets will be sent from classicibiza@revival-productions.co.uk, please check your junk folder. If you still can’t find them, please email info@revival-productions.co.uk.

Does it matter if my ticket is not in my name?

No, all tickets are generated in the lead booker’s name and have a unique barcode, which is scanned on entry. The lead booker receives tickets by email, along with any event updates, which should be shared with the rest of their party.

Can I show a digital ticket instead of a printed one?

Yes, tickets are scanned on entry from either a PDF on your phone or a printed version. We recommend that you download your digital ticket before you arrive, as mobile signals are often limited at our sites. If you choose to print your ticket, please ensure it is legible and not faded.

I need to buy an additional child ticket, but the website won't let me without buying an adult ticket?

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to attend a Classic Ibiza concert, therefore, children's tickets are not available to purchase on their own. If you would like to book a child's ticket after your adult tickets have been purchased, this will need to be processed over the phone. Please call the Box Office on 01283 841 601.

Do you offer a carer ticket?

Yes, we offer a half-price carer ticket at £25.00. If you require one of these, please purchase any standard price ticket(s) online first and then give the Box Office a call on 01283 841 601 to process and take payment for the carer ticket over the phone.

Do you provide seating?

No, so do bring garden chairs and rugs.

Will you have 'Picnic squares' again this year?

Yes! Our ‘picnic squares’ are a grid of clearly defined social areas and ‘walkways’ marked directly on the grass. Select your own space on arrival. Each accommodates up to 8 people, larger groups can select adjacent spaces. Each ‘picnic square’ is situated in a colour-coded zone (denoted by flags). Walkways will be marked with festoon lighting.

Are there facilities for disabled people?

Disabled parking is close to the concert arena, a valid blue badge must be displayed. Disabled toilets are provided on the concert site. Please visit the Information Point for access to dedicated units.

What are we not allowed to bring?

Classic Ibiza has a zero-drugs policy. You are not allowed to bring:

  • Drones or professional camera equipment
  • Naked flames or private barbecues
  • Neat spirits
  • Pets (with the exception of assistance dogs)
  • Corkscrew or knives (only plastic or wooden domestic ones permitted)
  • Fireworks, sparklers or Chinese lanterns
  • Gazebos – only child pop-ups (up to 1.2m high) or umbrellas (excluding oversized or fishing umbrellas) are allowed but must not impede anyone’s view behind you

All bags will be checked on arrival.

How much alcohol can we bring?

Each adult can bring a maximum of either:

  • 75cl of wine (a standard bottle of wine)
  • 4 cans/bottles of beer or cider
  • 4 cans of pre-mixed spirits (sealed)
  • Wine boxes will be permitted if allocated across your party to the limits above. Neat spirits will not be permitted.

All bags will be searched and excess quantities of alcohol will be confiscated.

Please note that this does not apply to 3rd party shows with Summertime Live.

Can we bring soft drinks?

Yes, however these must be in cans. This does not apply to water, which must be brought in sealed bottles.

Is glass permitted?

Yes, but not in the Dance Area.

Are there any cashpoints on site?

No. All retail and catering outlets will take card, however Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable, so we suggest bringing sufficient cash.

Is there camping on site?

The only venue that offers camping is the Blickling Estate. Please visit the camping page for more information.

Is photography allowed?

Taking of photographs for personal use is fine but there are restrictions on the use of ‘professional' cameras. There is no objection to pocket digital cameras and mobile phone cameras. High-end 35mm cameras, usually with detachable lenses, would normally qualify as ‘professional' type equipment, and these will not be permitted.

Will the concert be cancelled due to bad weather?

The concert will go ahead come rain or shine. A cancellation would only be considered if weather warnings are issued by the MET Office and there is a risk to life. This decision would be made after consultations with the management team, safety advisors and the MET Office.

Can I bring a gazebo?

While gazebos aren’t allowed, you can bring low-level shelters (up to 1.2) or umbrellas. Just be mindful not to impede anyone’s view behind you.

If you would like to book a marquee, please email info@revival-productions.co.uk for more information.

How will we know if the concert has been cancelled?

We will email the original ticket purchaser and it will be announced on our website and social media channels.

Will the venue be open to the public during the day?

Apart from Ragley Hall, all venues are open to the public on the day of the performance.

Can I smoke/vape at the concert?

There are no legal restrictions on smoking/vaping at open-air concerts, apart from in marquee structures. We do encourage you to consider your fellow audience members before lighting up and dispose of all cigarette ends carefully. Please note that in the event of very dry weather, there will be a designated smoking area due to fire risk.
