Accessibility

Here are the accessibility details you might want to consider if attending Classic Ibiza Chatsworth with additional needs. If you have any further questions, please email info@revival-productions.co.uk for more information.

Carer / Personal Assistant Tickets

We offer a half price carer ticket for those who would otherwise be unable to attend Classic Ibiza without the aid of a carer. The carer should be able to undertake all of the disabled guest’s needs and assist them in the event of an evacuation.

To purchase a carer ticket at half price you will need to add a discount code at checkout. To obtain the carer ticket discount code, please complete THIS FORM to provide your supporting documentation. Accepted forms of supporting documentation are listed on the form.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The guest with a disability requires a full price adult/child ticket
  • The carer must attend with the guest they are caring for
  • Carer tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis and cannot be allocated if a concert sells out
  • The discount code is to be used for your carer ticket purchase only and not to be shared. We check all carer ticket purchases against the application forms and may cancel any tickets that do not match
  • When sharing your supporting documentation, you are welcome to redact any information that relates to reference numbers, benefits received, health conditions etc.
  • Your information will be kept secure and treated confidentially. It will only be used for the purposes of processing your ticket application and will be deleted following the event.

Parking

Disabled parking is provided at all venues, on the front line of the main car park, as close to the ticket gates as constraints allow. It is free and does not need to be pre-booked. Please follow directions for the main car park, and let a steward know on arrival that you require the disabled car park and they will direct you. Arrival details for Classic Ibiza Chatsworth are as follows:

  • Gate 2 – Golden Gates
  • What 3 Words – anyone.albatross.household
  • Distance from disabled parking to ticket gates – Approximately 120 metres

Priority will be given to Blue Badge Holders, however we understand that you or a member of your party may need to use the disabled car park due to a temporary impairment. This must be agreed in advance by emailing info@revival-productions.co.uk.

Please be aware that car parking for this event is on parkland and the ground may be uneven in places.

Arriving by taxi or being picked-up/dropped-off

If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped-off and picked-up by someone, please refer to the to the instructions below.

  • Gate 1 – Pains Bridge
  • What 3 Words – thatched.includes.captures
  • Distance from drop off to ticket gates – 300 metres

Ticket Gates and Queuing

Due to the nature of the concert and the checks that take place at the ticket gates, there is likely to be an element of queuing. Please use the Box Office Lane which usually has the shortest queues and we will get you into the concert site as quickly as possible. You can bring picnic chairs into the concert so we recommend popping them up at the ticket gates if you have difficulty standing for longer periods.

Viewing

We do not have a viewing platform as wheelchair users can easily view the stage from around site and many of our guests choose to watch the concert from their picnic chairs or rugs. This also allows you freedom to choose where you would like to be positioned (whether that is close to the stage or the catering village for example). The site is divided into picnic squares with coloured markings on the ground, so each party can choose their designated space. There are walkways between each coloured zone to provide access and screens either side of the stage to provide all the close-ups of the action!

Access

The concerts are open-air, in the grounds of stately homes, which means they are on grass without any paving, and subject to the whims of the Great British Weather! Please keep an eye on our social media and email updates where we will let you know any changes to the ground conditions. If you have any difficulties on the day navigating the grass, please do catch a steward or visit the Info Point where we will be able to assist.  Please be aware that the concert takes place on parkland and the ground may be uneven in places.

Due to the nature and size of the concert sites, there is an element of walking involved. Distances between various points on the site are listed below:

  • Disabled Car Park to Tickets Gates – 120 metres
  • Taxi Area to Ticket Gates – 300 metres
  • Ticket Gates to centre of concert site – 130 metres

We can provide buggy assistance for those who feel they will be unable to walk the distance listed. Please contact us in advance to arrange this (please include whether you will be parking or arriving by taxi/lift), at info@revival-productions.co.uk.

Toilets

Please speak to a steward on the ticket gates or in the Info Point to obtain an Accessible Toilet Pass. Staff will be able to show you where all the accessible toilets are located, or you can refer to the site maps on each of the venue pages.

Medical Services and Medications

There will be qualified medical professionals and an emergency vehicle onsite at each venue. Please refer to the site maps on each of the venue pages for their location. They will also be signposted with a large green First Aid flag on the concert day.

Bag checks take place at each concert venue. If you have any special medication requirements, please email us in advance on info@revival-productions.co.uk.

Pyrotechnics

There are canons at the front of the stage which shoot fire and sparks straight up into the air. You are unlikely to hear these over the music, but they can be bright and appear suddenly. The second half of the show features laser lights projected over the crowd.

Assistance Dogs

We would be grateful if you could let us know in advance if you need to bring an Assistance Dog to the concert by emailing info@revival-productions.co.uk. No other dogs are allowed onsite so please ensure they are clearly identifiable as an assistance dog.
